LeadSend provides AI-powered lead generation services through personalized email outreach to help businesses acquire high-quality leads. Our subscription-based service operates on a month-to-month basis, ensuring affordability, flexibility, and consistent results.
2. SERVICE DELIVERY
Upon subscribing to LeadSend, clients can expect:
- Onboarding & Setup: Completion within 3-5 business days, including domain warm-up, email infrastructure setup, and campaign customization.
- Lead Generation: Campaigns go live immediately after setup, with leads being delivered directly via email and Slack notifications.
- Daily Account Management: Dedicated account managers provide ongoing optimizations, support, and updates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Weekly performance reports, including open rates, response rates, and campaign insights.
3. LEAD DELIVERY
- All leads generated through LeadSend’s outreach campaigns belong exclusively to the client.
- Leads are delivered in real-time via email and Slack notifications.
- Lead volume varies based on industry, offer, and targeting criteria, ensuring high-quality responses.
4. MODIFICATIONS & OPTIMIZATION
- Clients can request changes to targeting criteria, email copy, or offers via their dedicated Slack channel.
- Requested modifications will be implemented within 24 hours.
- A/B testing and optimization are conducted regularly to improve response rates.
5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
- LeadSend is a month-to-month service with no lock-in period.
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying their account manager via Slack.
- If clients are not satisfied with the service, they may request a refund or discount through our customer success team, subject to review and approval.
- Refunds will only be considered if there is a proven lack of lead flow despite meeting all campaign prerequisites.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIESTo ensure optimal performance, clients must:
- Provide accurate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) details.
- Respond promptly to leads and follow up with prospects.
- Communicate any required changes or adjustments to the campaign strategy.
7. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
- LeadSend does not guarantee a specific number of closed deals, as success depends on client follow-up and sales processes.
- The service is not suitable for industries requiring regulatory compliance (e.g., financial services requiring SEC compliance, healthcare requiring HIPAA compliance).
- We do not provide paid advertisements, PPC, or telemarketing services.
8. SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION
- Clients have access to a dedicated Slack channel for real-time updates, support, and strategy adjustments.
- Account managers provide proactive campaign insights and personalized recommendations.
